Shani Jayant

Shani Jayant is VP of Design at Be My Eyes, where she leads design across the company's mobile and workplace products and runs the company's beta community program. With a PhD in HCI and 20 years as an accessibility practitioner and advocate, her work spans accessibility policy, human-AI collaboration, and access technology across automotive, mobile, and wearables.

She is committed to Be My Eyes' mission of making the world more accessible for more than 340 million blind and low-vision people globally, and believes the best way to do that is through design that is shaped by and works for real people in real moments.
