SAN FRANCISCO, CA  – 30 September, 2025 – Be My Eyes, the world’s leading Customer Accessibility Management platform for people who are blind or have low vision, is proud to announce a landmark partnership with Zain Iraq, a leading telecommunications provider in Iraq and part of Zain Group. Through this collaboration, Zain Iraq becomes the first telecommunications company in the Middle East to integrate Be My Eyes into its customer service, empowering its blind and low vision customers to live even more independent lives.

Be My Eyes connects nearly 900,000 blind and low vision users across 150 countries to volunteers, companies, and AI assistance, with customer satisfaction rates consistently above 85 percent. With Zain Iraq’s adoption of the platform, accessibility is being meaningfully expanded across telecommunications services in the region.

Through the Be My Eyes app, users can connect via live video to receive visual assistance in everyday situations, from reading bills to navigating online services. Zain Iraq will also train its customer service teams to deliver the best possible support through the platform, ensuring blind and low vision customers have equal access to all of the company’s services. 

This partnership is a milestone for digital inclusion in Iraq. By embedding Be My Eyes’ innovative platform into its customer service offerings, Zain Iraq is making it easier than ever for blind and low vision customers to access support in real time.
