Sydney, Australia, November 17 2025 – Be My Eyes, the world’s leading Customer Accessibility Management platform, is excited to announce a new partnership with Guide Dogs NSW/ACT to provide enhanced support to Australians with low vision or blindness.

Starting November 17 2025, Guide Dogs NSW/ACT will be available through the Be My Eyes app, offering expert assistance by staff who understand low vision or blindness, directly to users across the country.

Through this partnership, Be My Eyes users in Australia will be able to connect with Guide Dogs NSW/ACT professionals, including for the first time on the app, certified Orientation and Mobility Specialists.

Guide Dogs NSW/ACT Orientation and Mobility Specialists will be there to provide immediate assistance to users when they’re on the move out in the community and experience situations where they need some additional information about the environment around them.

In addition, users will also be able to connect with Guide Dogs NSW/ACT professionals who know and understand low vision or blindness through the General Assistance channel for support with everyday activities and all the tasks users already love using Be My Eyes for.

“At Be My Eyes, our mission is to enhance accessibility for people with low vision or blindness,” said Mike Buckley, CEO of Be My Eyes. “Partnering with Guide Dogs NSW/ACT allows us to expand the range of expert support available to our users in Australia, combining the convenience of our digital platform with the trusted, personalised services of a leading accessibility organisation.”

Guide Dogs NSW/ACT will be available on Be My Eyes during the following hours (AEST):

  • Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm.
