VivaTech 2025 Round-Up

That’s a wrap on this year’s record-setting VivaTech and what a journey it was for the Be My Eyes team.

That’s a wrap on this year’s record-setting VivaTech and what a journey it was for the Be My Eyes team.

With over 180,000 attendees, 14,000 startups, and more than 640,000 business connections, this year’s event in Paris confirmed that Europe is truly helping to shape the next wave of technology.

Be My Eyes at VivaTech: Tech for Change in Action

We were honored to be hosted at the Orange Tech for Change pavilion, where we showcased our Customer Accessibility Suite, including Service AI™, Service Connect™, and Service Directory. These tools are already being used by global brands to provide immediate, accessible support to blind and low-vision customers.

Throughout the event, we engaged with leaders across beauty, telecom, travel, and banking about embedding accessibility into customer support channels.

Whether through AI-powered product support or seamless visual assistance through our one-way video platform, the conversations we had clearly showed an increase in brands thinking more about accessibility and the technology that drives it.

A Moment That Stopped Us in Our Tracks

Among the highlights was a powerful reminder that really brought home why we do what we do as a business.

A business lady approached our booth for personal reasons, explaining that her mother was losing her eyesight and wanted to learn more about how Be My Eyes works. We walked her through our app and within moments of hearing about our community and the impact of Be My AI, she was moved to tears and said “this will change my Mum’s life, thank you”.

Moments like this remind us of the impact we can all have by enabling even greater freedom for the blind and low-vision community; the freedom to act more independently, to feel seen and heard when sometimes forgotten, and also to be part of a community that helps each other on a daily basis. That’s the real power of accessible technology.

Building the Future

Across every hall and headline, one thing became clear: AI and accessibility are central to how we build the future.

Our technology is already making that future more reachable:

  • Be My AI resolves up to 90% of support requests without live agents.
  • Service Connect enables visual interaction at moments that matter. Whether it’s setting up a router, reading a bill, or checking a label.
  • Our solutions are helping brands reduce support costs, increase CSAT, and win loyalty in one of the most underserved markets.

With 850,000 blind and low-vision users, 9 million volunteers, and support in 180+ languages, the Be My Eyes platform is a global utility for accessible support.

To everyone we met, thank you.

To those we haven’t yet, let’s talk.
