Some enterprises prefer to begin with human support only. In this model, you publish your brand and regional entries in the Service Directory and route customers straight through to Service Connect. The agent receives an accessible, one-way video stream with two-way audio and the ability to capture screenshots and guide the customer in real-time. This creates a consistent, measurable experience for blind and low-vision customers on day one, while keeping the door open to add Service AI later.
