A multi-channel accessible customer experience (ACX) – leveraging AI and video connectivity – solution that delivers state-of-the-art technology for accessible service desks.
The Accessible Customer Service Suite can be used standalone or integrated into leading service desk and CX platforms, simplifying delivery and rollout, and minimizing impact and costs.
