The Dubai-based airline has joined us on board to offer you round-the-clock support on your travels to over 140 destinations.

When you fly, you can use Be My Eyes to call the specialist team at Emirates and get instant live video support. They can help you to plan and book flights on emirates.com, find assistance at the airport, or get support on your flight.

The Emirates customer service team is available in English at any time, from anywhere in the world.

Emirates is world-renowned for its leading comfort and service onboard, and that goes beyond the flight. The whole journey is designed to feel as effortless and enjoyable as possible, from booking online to chauffeur-driven transfers, luxurious lounges and exceptional hospitality on board.

The partnership with Be My Eyes is an integral part of a range of services that Emirates offers to make the journey accessible, inclusive and more comfortable for passengers who are visually impaired.

This includes the airline’s award-winning inflight entertainment system, called ice, with a broad range of movies and TV shows with audio description. And the new Emirates A350 aircraft features an entirely new interface for passengers with low vision. You can use touchscreen gestures and audio to navigate the system and hear the entertainment synopses in multiple languages.
