When calling the NHS Test & Trace through Be My Eyes you will be connected with an NHS specialist call handler who is trained to support with home tests. The NHS staff can support you with ordering and registering your test kit online, guide you through taking your test and advise you on how to pack and send your sample
To get visual assistance with your at-home COVID test, just open the Be My Eyes app, enter the Specialized Help menu, and select NHS Test & Trace in the “Personal Health” category.
