The Role

This is a unique opportunity to become the first Business Development Representative at Be My Eyes. We’re looking for someone who has been in the trenches — a proven self-starter who knows what works, what doesn’t, and how to build a solid top-of-funnel pipeline for a scaling SaaS company.

As our first BDR, you’ll play a critical role in driving our growth strategy. You’ll have the autonomy to shape the role, refine processes, and help build a repeatable playbook for future BDRs. You’ll work closely with sales, marketing, and leadership to identify new business opportunities and engage with prospects across Europe and North America.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and prospect into ideal customer profiles (ICPs) across Europe and North America.
  • Execute outbound campaigns via email, phone, social media, and other creative channels.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess fit and interest.
  • Book qualified meetings and demos for the Sales team.
  • Work closely with marketing to align on campaign messaging and feedback.
  • Track and optimize outreach performance metrics using CRM and sales tools.
  • Provide insights and feedback to inform messaging, positioning, and product-market fit.
  • Help develop and refine the BDR playbook and processes.
  • Potential to take on leadership responsibilities as the team scales.

About You

  • 2–4 years of BDR or SDR experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets in a similar role.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident with outreach tools such as HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, or similar.
  • Familiarity with European and North American business cultures and outreach styles.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and laying foundations where none yet exist.
  • Ambitious and excited by the opportunity to grow into a team leadership position.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in an early-stage startup.
  • Familiarity with product-led growth (PLG) and/or sales-assisted models.
  • Additional language skills (e.g., French, German, Spanish) are a plus.
