Screen sharing and remote control are only enabled when the user chooses to activate them, and they can be stopped at any time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"h-how-does-workplace-connect-protect-sensitive-business-information-during-support-sessions-nbsp\"><strong>How does Workplace Connect protect sensitive business information during support sessions?&nbsp;<\/strong><br>Video and audio streams are encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher. Be My Eyes does not record video calls placed through Workplace Connect unless you ask us to.
