The initiative brings on-demand visual interpretation to customers and makes BT Group the first <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bemyeyes.com\/business\/telecommunications\/\">telecommunications<\/a> company in the UK to collaborate with Be My Eyes, marking a significant step forward in making essential services more accessible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As part of this trial, blind and low-vision people in the UK, who use the Be My Eyes app, will have a new option to connect directly with BT and EE for live, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bemyeyes.com\/business\/accessible-customer-service-suite\/\">accessible assistance<\/a> across BT and EE products. Whether it\u2019s support with account information, navigating services, or resolving technical challenges, this new channel is designed to give customers a more seamless and inclusive experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For many blind and low-vision individuals, contacting service providers can still represent a daunting prospect.
