From magic erasers to sprays that remove grease, the Mr. Clean product and solutions line can be vast and intimidating to tackle. For tidying up the home or asking about the product line, Mr. Clean representatives are on call to provide assistance directly through the Be My Eyes app<\/a>. Cleaning up at home hasn\u2019t always been easy or accessible, but calling a Mr. Clean representative can make the cleaning process a bit more manageable.<\/p>\n

But the thought of video calling a representative from a multi-purpose cleaning company is a little bit out of the ordinary \u2014 right? The strangeness of this situation is not lost on us either, because we\u2019re all in some unfamiliar territory here. This truly is a first for accessibility. Never before has a live video connection \u201cphone book\u201d been provided at no cost to those who are blind or visually impaired, and seldom have cleaning companies taken such steps to support their customers with vision impairments. So, it\u2019s all a bit strange and exciting for now, but soon this will be a norm for companies to provide accessible support for their customers.<\/p>\n

So let\u2019s take the steps to make this all a bit more normal for each other. The first step to getting comfortable with the service is to give Mr. Clean or one of our other Specialized Help partners a call, even if there isn\u2019t a specific question in mind. You can do so by opening the Be My Eyes app, and selecting the second button on the main screen called “Specialized Help”. This way, we can all get used to this service, so that when we do have a question about a Mr. Clean product or simply need assistance making something cleaner, we\u2019ll be ready to call.<\/p>\n

With every call made, Mr. Clean representatives become aware of which services are inaccessible to the community. Every call goes just a bit further in making products more accessible, meaning that we can keep our houses even cleaner while helping to make products more inclusive at the same time.<\/p>\n
